Build your dream home on this cleared, vacant lot in a convenient location with utilities already nearby. This parcel was previously the site of a home that was removed following a fire; all debris has been cleared, the old septic tank has been pushed in and filled, and the foundation has been filled in as well, the lot is ready for new construction. Utilities and site information include: Water and electric available at the street, natural gas available on the opposite side of the street, Wayne County perc test on file; results indicate an engineered field drain will be required for septic and two existing driveway culverts/crossings over the roadside ditch. This is a great opportunity for a buyer looking to build their dream home!
